For the first time we organised a day for the new apprentices to meet and get to know each other shortly before the summer break. The apprentices, who will start their apprenticeship on 1 September 2019, as well as their parents were invited to give them an idea about their future work environment. After the welcoming speech of the management a tour across the premises was made to show all working processes of the trailer production. Afterwards all trainers presented the different jobs and answered remaining questions. According to the feedback of the parents it was a very successful start into the upcoming apprenticeship.

After that the traditional barbecue with experienced and new junior staff, but without the parents. The active and new apprentices had some time to get to know each other, play table football, table tennis and just talk. It was a very nice afternoon for all participants that will definitely be organised again next year.

UNSINN employs 17 apprentices for the following jobs: industrial clerk, construction mechanic, industrial mechanic, metal technician, warehouse logistics specialist and metal constructor. In the new training year 8 new people start their apprenticeship at UNSINN.
